Powerlines has designed personalized one-on-one programs for the individual woman. Healing is a process that occurs as our whole, entire being is nurtured. In your real life it is all about everyone else. At Powerlines Healing By The Sea, it is all about you! We cater to you. Whatever your needs are, we are here to serve. Located on the magical island of Key West, FL all of our programs feature:

Body- nutrition, exercise, Reiki-by-the-sea, breathwork and bodywork.
Mind- reprogramming, visualization, affirmations or "powerlines", guided imagery.
Spirit- meditation, ritual, healing silence, becoming united with our Higher Selves.

Participants choose from one of the following programs:

1. Womb Healing:
   The womb is our center of creativity. Many times survivors of rape and/or incest, sexual abuse, have issues that prevent them from creating the kind of life they want for themselves. We take time to do the work, to heal by the sea. We open ourselves up to love. We are nurtured by the Earth Mother as she guides us on our journey to wholeness. This is an intimate weekend where we break through the barriers of pain and trauma.
2. Inner Child:
   Many of us were wounded as children, received negative messages or suffered in silence and that shows up in our lives as unproductivity, unhappiness, unfulfilled dreams and not knowing how to play and have fun. During this weekend we will work on reprogramming those unproductive messages with plenty of nurturing and plenty of play time for your inner little one.
3. Inner Attunement:
   Is your life out of sync right now? Your Higher Self is just waiting for you to take some time and listen to what it is trying to say to you. The gift of going within and taking the journey to wellness is what awaits you at a "Healing By The Sea" weekend. Body treatments, silent walks by the water, breathwork and meditations are the prescriptions to send you back home more focused, more balanced, more centered and peaceful.
4. Personalized Empowerment Weekend:
   What do you want to work on? You tell us. What would it take to make your life soar? Powerlines is at your service to assist you in making your dreams a reality. Through energizing inner work, life coaching techniques and every empowerment tool at our disposal, our job is to help pull you through so that you can achieve your greatness!
5. Vision Quest Weekend:
   This is the first retreat Spirit led me to do and the power of these Vision Quest weekends have literally changed my life! Just knowing how to put these Native American principles of nature into my life has enabled me to walk a path of true empowerment! We rent a camp ground, we pitch a tent, we head for the woods and we spend time healing through nature. We fast and pray. We practice listening to Spirit. We invoke the Spirit Guides of the East, West, North and South, our ancestors, our angls, and our spirit guides that are assisting us on our spiritual journey and we leave totally renewed in mind, body and spirit! This is my favorite spiritual journey and it is a very blessed event.

   Each personalized program includes:

   • Pick up/drop off at airport

POWERLINES PRESENTS:
A WOMAN’S RITES OF PASSAGE RETREAT

Maidens, Mothers, Mermaids, Elders and Crones, We are gathering under the power still felt of the Blue Full Moon of Sagittarius   called “Flower Moon”, “Budding Moon” and “Milk Moon.”

There we will re-create sacred ceremonies of ordination as we re-connect to the guidance and insights in the Council of Wise Women.  There we will celebrate the Goddess within us as we stand inside the womb of our Mother, the Ocean, for a Woman’s Rites of Passage ceremony in the dolphin spawning waters around Key West.

This is an uplifting experience of self-transformation designed to bring the spirits of the waters into your life. The transformational energies you receive will help you to appreciate yourself, nurture your intuition and awaken your senses and inner wisdom. 

As women, we are constantly in a place of “passing through” the experiences in our lives but rarely do we take the time to stop, acknowledge the wisdom that has been learned and celebrate that phase of our life.  Joy is the emotion that releases an endorphin in the brain that causes a focus or “leap” forward in a person’s life.  Joy is the energy of the dolphins you will experience on this retreat.
